About Us

Helping Teens Cook with Confidence, Without Fire!

My Feeding Spoon helps teenagers build real-life cooking skills, confidence, and independence through simple, safe, no-fire recipes.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to learn at their own pace. Our easy-to-follow cooking books, step-by-step videos, and uncluttered instructions make learning enjoyable and accessible, including for teens with ADHD.

Created as a sister concern of Core eCampus, My Feeding Spoon turns everyday food preparation into an opportunity to develop life skills, encourage independence, and bring families closer together.

Our mission is simple: Less worry for parents, more confidence for teens, and a first step towards a more independent future.

No fire. No fuss. Just confidence, one recipe at a time.

A warm and secure space where children feel comfortable and happy.

Activities designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
